R. Warren Eisenhower, Ph.D. With over 30 years experience, Warren has developed extensive academic and practitioner credentials in the field of human resource management, compensation and benefit administration, and in employee and labor relations. His experience spans the public and private sector as well as large and small organizations, including Director of Personnel and Training for Washington, D.C.’s Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), and Assistant Superintendent for Personnel Services of the Fairfax County Public Schools (Fairfax, Virginia) for 23 years. With a Bachelor's degree from George Washington University, a Masters degree from the University of Virginia, and a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, Warren’s academic credentials have provided him with a theoretical and knowledge base on which he has developed a proven and effective practice. He serves or has served on the Boards of the Arts Council of Fairfax County, the American Cancer Society, the Fairfax County Committee of 100, Leadership Fairfax Inc., and the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Kenneth W. Ainslie Managing Partner Ken has over 28 years of strategic compensation program design and management experience with multibillion-dollar industries and is a founding partner of WSRC. He has served as Director of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS Services at TRW, Inc. and as Compensation Specialist with Litton Industries. He has been the architect for integrated variable pay programs at individual, team and program unit levels maintaining cost effective pay programs. In addition, Ken has served as Social Scientist/Economist with the U.S. Department of Labor. Ken currently speaks at local and national conferences on the subjects of human resource metrics, strategic planning using empirical resources, and the art of communicating HR issues to management. Ken received his BA cum laude from Maryville College in Tennessee and
continued his studies in social science research techniques at the University
of Oregon. He has received his Certified Compensation Professional certification
from the American Compensation Association.
